Pennsylvania PT Compact
Pennsylvania enacted the necessary legislation; however, the state is still in the process of implementing the requirements of the compact. This process typically takes between 8 and 12 months, sometimes longer. There is no known date when the state will be ready. When Pennsylvania joins the compact, it will be announced on ptcompact.org
