Terms and Conditions
- In case of multiple referrals being received for the same client, only the first person to make the referral is eligible for the bonus.
- First placement must work 3 weeks before the bonus will be paid out.
- No bonus will be paid if the first placement is terminated due to misconduct or if the candidate voluntarily leaves the assignment before the 3 weeks are worked.
- Bonus will be paid out within 2 weeks after the 3 weeks have been completed by the first placement.
- Uniti Med’s decision regarding qualifications for any referral is final.
