Temporary/Limited Permit:

Limited Permits are available only once for those who have graduated and met all other requirements and are applying to take the NBCOT examination.  The Limited permit costs $25 and is eligible for 90 days from the date of NBCOT Authorization to Test notification. ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍

Initial Licensing Fees:

OT Fee: $210
OTA Fee: $180

Timeline:

1-2 weeks

Renewal:

Licenses must be renewed every 2 years.  Renewal fees are $200 for OTs and OTAs.
