Temporary/Limited Permit:
A provisional permit is available for applicants who have completed the education and experience requirements and who have applied for the NBCOT exam. The associated fee is $70 for OT and OTAs.

Renewal:
Every 3 years, licenses must be renewed. Renewal fees are $224 for OTs and $114 for OTAs.
