New Mexico has not yet enacted the legislation necessary to join the PT Compact. Those with a permanent residence in New Mexico are not eligible to get compact privileges.

If you’re interested in having New Mexico join the PT Compact, please contact your state physical therapy association to see if it’s on their legislative agenda.
