Neal Guttman brings 25 years of dedicated Life Science experience to GQR. Neal possesses a multi-faceted background, spending the first 16 years of his rapidly progressing career working in numerous sales and leadership roles for innovative pharmaceutical, biotech, and diagnostic organizations. Most recently, Neal served as a co-founder and chief recruiter -consultant for his boutique firm over the last ten years. Neal’s deep-rooted experience within the life science industry provides a very personalized and patient centric approach when dealing with clients and candidates.

 

Neal optimizes his relationships with his candidates as their true “career advocate”. As a trusted advisor to his client base, Neal has recruited successfully within the retained, embedded and contingency ecosystem of human capital management and delivery. His expertise includes recruiting niche skill sets and difficult to fill positions, predominately in the commercial sales, clinical operations, and clinical manufacturing arenas.

 

Neal has been described as a “fierce self-starter, collaborator, and a great teammate” by his peers. He brings an entrepreneurial spirit mixed with a competitive drive second to none. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, volleyball, and coaching and mentoring young athletes. Neal was a varsity collegiate athlete, baseball, graduating from the University of Toledo, OH, after beginning his career at The Ohio State University.
