Lisa Stephens is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at GQR with nearly a decade of experience in medical staffing and locums. Before moving into a Talent Acquisition role, she supported Emergency Medicine, Hospitalist, and OB teams at a medical staffing company, where she built a strong understanding of the fast pace, urgency, and relationship-driven nature of healthcare staffing.

Throughout her career, Lisa has built a reputation for being thoughtful, organized, and people focused. She brings a strong sense of partnership to her work and values creating a positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Her background on the operations and support side gives her a well-rounded view of the business and helps her understand both the human and practical side of making the right match.

Lisa is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Outside of work, she enjoys creating ceramics, gardening, practicing yoga, and spending time outdoors with her fiancé and their two dogs. She especially loves visiting Florida state parks and finds a lot of joy in her creative practice and time in nature.
