Temporary/Limited Permit:
A temporary license may be issued for those with a complete application, awaiting testing scores. A temporary license must be requested and there is an additional $25 fee.

Renewal:
All OT licenses expire on March 31; the license must be renewed each year with a $75 renewal fee.
