Tell us about yourself.
I’ve spent over a decade in recruitment/staffing the first 6 years in the UK before moving to the USA in 2019 and I genuinely love what I do. I’m big on keeping things simple in an industry that can feel overwhelming and complicated at times.
What do you love about your position?
I love that my role lets me make a real impact on peoples lives. Both the travelers we support and the teams I get to lead. Every day is different, and I get to coach, problem-solve, and celebrate wins with great people. Watching someone grow in their career or land an assignment they’re excited about never gets old.
