Temporary/Limited Permit:

Temporary permits are issued based upon a graduate meeting the eligibility requirements to sit the national exam, submission of proof of a scheduled exam date, proof of requesting a score transfer from NBCOT, and employment offer with an assigned licensed OT supervisor.‍

Initial Licensing Fees:

$100 application fee, plus $80 for OTs and OTAs.

Timeline:

Applications are generally reviewed within 10 days, at an average of 3-7 days

Renewal:

Licenses must be renewed every two years. The fee is $60 for OTs and OTAs.
