Temporary/Limited Permit:
A limited permit may be granted to an applicant who has completed the education and experience requirements and is pending results from the NBCOT exam or an applicant who has applied to re-instate their license They must practice under the supervision of a licensed PT.

OTA Fee: $264
Timeline:
3 weeks
Renewal:
Licenses must be renewed every two years.
