1. Sponsor

The GQR Locums AANA Annual Congress 2027 Travel Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by GQR Locums, (“Sponsor”). The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology (“AANA”), the AANA Annual Congress, any airline, any hotel, or any social media platform on which it may be promoted.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on August 21, 2026 at 7:30 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on August 25, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device. Entries received before or after the Promotion Period are void.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence if higher, at the time of entry, and who, at both the time of entry and winner verification, are either:

• currently enrolled and in good standing in an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program; or
• currently working as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (“CRNA”) and legally authorized to practice as required in their jurisdiction.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each such person’s immediate family members and household members are not eligible. “Immediate family” means spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside. Eligibility is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Sponsor may require proof of identity, age, residency, program enrollment, credentialing, licensure, employment, or other eligibility criteria.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, visit Win Your Way to AANA 2027 in New Orleans – Fill out form and complete and submit the official entry form with all required information and acknowledgments. Limit one (1) entry per person. Automated, bulk, duplicate, incomplete, late, misdirected, fraudulent, or otherwise noncompliant entries are void. If multiple entries are received from the same person, Sponsor may retain only the first eligible entry and disqualify the remainder. Normal internet or mobile carrier charges may apply.

By entering, each entrant represents that all submitted information is true, accurate, and complete and agrees to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Winner Selection, Notification, and Verification

On or about May 8, 2027, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner using the contact information provided at entry. Because travel begins shortly after the drawing, the potential winner must respond within twenty-four (72) hours of the first notification attempt, unless Sponsor specifies a shorter lawful period necessitated by booking deadlines. The potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release where lawful, tax forms, and any other verification documents by Sponsor’s stated deadline.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond or provide required documentation on time, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting. Sponsor is not required to award the prize if travel cannot reasonably be arranged before the Congress.

6. Prize

One (1) verified winner will receive reimbursement for eligible round-trip economy airfare and standard hotel accommodations associated with the winner’s attendance at the AANA Annual Congress 2027, scheduled for August 8–12, 2027 in New Orleans, Louisiana, up to a combined maximum of Two Thousand Dollars (US $2,000.00) (the “Prize”). The maximum approximate retail value (“ARV”) is $2,000.

Eligible expenses are limited to:

• round-trip economy airfare for the winner between a major commercial airport reasonably near the winner’s residence and New Orleans, Louisiana; and
• one standard hotel room for the winner for dates reasonably necessary to attend the Congress, not to exceed the Congress dates and any additional dates expressly preapproved in writing by Sponsor.

The winner must obtain Sponsor’s written approval before booking and must follow any booking, vendor, rate, timing, and documentation instructions provided by Sponsor. Unless Sponsor elects to book travel directly, the winner will pay eligible costs and submit itemized receipts and proof of payment to Sponsor within 14 days after [purchase/completion of travel]. Sponsor will reimburse approved eligible expenses within 14 days after receiving complete documentation. The total amount paid or reimbursed will not exceed $2,000. Any amount above $2,000 is the winner’s sole responsibility. If eligible expenses total less than $2,000, the difference will not be paid in cash or otherwise awarded.

Conference registration, baggage fees, seat upgrades, hotel incidentals, resort or destination fees, ground transportation, parking, meals, gratuities, travel insurance, passport or identification costs, personal expenses, and all other costs not expressly stated are not included. The Prize is for the winner only; no guest travel is included.

Travel is subject to availability, carrier and hotel terms, blackout dates, and any health, security, identification, or other travel requirements. The winner is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required identification and for arriving at departure points on time. Sponsor is not responsible for missed, delayed, canceled, or interrupted transportation, lost baggage, denied boarding, hotel issues, or replacement costs, except as expressly required by law.

No transfer, assignment, substitution, or cash redemption is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize or component of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable. All prize details not expressly stated are determined by Sponsor. The Prize is awarded “as is” without any warranty, express or implied, except any warranty that cannot legally be disclaimed.

7. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with acceptance or use of the Prize that are not expressly included. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 or other tax documentation if required by law. The winner may be required to provide a valid taxpayer identification number before receiving reimbursement.

8. Congress Changes or Cancellation

The Congress dates and location are controlled by AANA and may change. Sponsor does not guarantee that the Congress will occur as scheduled or that the winner will be admitted. If the Congress is postponed, relocated, converted to a virtual event, or canceled, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, modify the travel dates or destination, substitute a prize of equal or greater value, award only eligible nonrefundable expenses previously approved by Sponsor, or cancel the Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for conference registration, programming, admission, continuing education credit, or any act or omission of AANA or the venue.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the Prize constitutes the winner’s permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, city and state, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information, and statements about the Promotion for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional notice, review, approval, or compensation. Any use will be subject to applicable law.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, AANA, the Congress, the venue, airlines, hotels, social media platforms used to promote the Promotion, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against claims, injuries, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or travel connected with the Prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or corrupted entries or communications; technical, network, hardware, software, platform, or human errors; unauthorized intervention; or injury or damage to a person’s device related to entering. Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, acts disruptively or fraudulently, provides false information, violates these Official Rules, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, force majeure, legal restriction, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion. If feasible, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before the action or by another fair method consistent with applicable law.

If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision does not waive that provision. In the event of a conflict between these Official Rules and other Promotion communications, these Official Rules control.

12. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited, all disputes arising out of or connected with the Promotion or Prize will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE]. These Official Rules and any dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the fullest extent permitted by law, recovery is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering the Promotion, and entrants waive claims for attorneys’ fees and punitive, incidental, consequential, or multiplied damages.

13. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact entrants and the winner, fulfill the Prize, comply with legal obligations, and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s privacy policy available at https://www.gqr.com/privacy-policy/. Any optional marketing consent must be presented separately and must not be required to enter unless permitted by applicable law.

14. Conference Information

The AANA Annual Congress 2027 is currently scheduled for August 8–12, 2027 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. Entrants should confirm current event details directly with AANA. AANA trademarks and event names are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the event associated with the Prize.
