My name is Victor. I have a lovely wife, and we have a mini labradoodle. I grew up and lived in the Midwest a majority of my life. I do love to travel for fun and explore. I like to stay active, and you will find me either at the gym, playing soccer, or going on hikes.  

I love the idea of helping people achieve growth in their career. I also love the idea of helping people travel and getting a chance to explore. I love that this position gives me the opportunity to do both. 

Knowing that I can make an impact. If it’s small or a large impact, if I can help someone impact their lives for the better, that drives me to work hard.  

I believe Uniti Med values leading a staffing company with heart. That leads to their core values and travelers will experience that vision. 

I have family that are nurses and that worked as other roles in the medical staffing department. I am married to a nurse. I understand what medical professionals are looking for and can empathize with them on those hard days. I understand the urge to travel as well. I know that I will help whoever I work with, have a wonderful experience and help them achieve their career goals.
