Utah OT License
Temporary/Limited Permit:
For a period of 10 months, a temporary permit may be granted to a person who has completed the education and experience requirements and is eligible to take the NBCOT exam.
Initial Licensing Fees:
OT Fee: $70
OTA Fee: $70
Timeline:
Allow up to six weeks for the licensing board to review your qualifications and issue a license.
Renewal:
Licenses expire on May 31 of odd years. The renewal fee for OTs and OTAs is $47.
