About Todd
Todd has spent about 8 years in Healthcare Staffing consisting of recruiting for Advanced Practice and Nursing, to working in Business Development and Government contracting. Prior to that, his career was in various retail management positions, with humble beginnings running small kiosks in malls to implementing new businesses and trainings across the nation. His passion for recruiting and coaching led him to pursue a career in healthcare staffing, where we make differences in the lives of healthcare staff, patients, and the facilities we work with every day.
His wife, Jes, followed the same career path as she is also a leader in the Healthcare Staffing industry. They have 3 children, Cora, Jude, and Liv who keep them on their toes.
Outside of work, they love spending time with their kids as they explore new sports every year. For the past 30 years, they have enjoyed visiting their family vacation spot in Northeast Minnesota, where they swim, boat, water ski, wakeboard, and fish and look to continue this tradition for the next 30 years.
