Temporary/Limited Permit:

A limited permit may be granted to a person who has completed the education and experience requirements and is eligible to take the NBCOT exam.  An applicant is ineligible for a limited permit if they have previously failed the exam in any state.‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍

Initial Licensing Fees:

OT Fee: $110
OTA Fee: $85

Timeline:

4-6 weeks

Renewal:

Licenses expire every 2 years on the last day of the licensee’s birthday month. Renewal fees are $85 for OTs and $60 for OTAs.
