Working in healthcare is a destiny for me. As a previous CNA and medical assistant with aspirations of becoming a physician, I take pride in learning bedside manner and building relationships with patients. As a recruiter, I am motivated to support nurses as they begin a new journey to deliver exceptional patient care. I love traveling and learning new languages. Fluent in Portuguese and improving my Spanish skills, I enjoy connecting with diverse communities and understanding different cultures. This passion for communication and connection drives me to help healthcare professionals from all backgrounds find opportunities where they can thrive and make meaningful impact on patient care.
What do you love about your position?
Being part of a team brings greater purpose, and in healthcare we all have the same goal, despite our different roles. As a recruiter, we start with talent acquisition to bring in the best healthcare workers to provide quality care in an understaffed market. If you could take a healthcare assignment anywhere, where would it be and why?
I would choose any location with high culture and purpose. I have not explored much of the west coast and would love to go to Seattle. I am also a huge Grey’s Anatomy fan and could fantasize that I’m working at Grey Sloan Memorial.

3 Things On Your Bucket List:
I aspire to live a life filled with travel, with the goal of visiting at least five of the Seven Wonders of the World—I’ve already checked one off my list. In parallel with my love for exploration, I am committed to a personal and professional goal of joining Doctors Without Borders. I aim to make a meaningful impact in my work, embodying a sense of purpose and contributing to global change.
