His strengths lie in optimizing recruitment processes, his ability to translate plans into action, and fostering high-performing teams. Simon is known for streamlining operations and delivering exceptional service both internally & externally at GQR.

Prior to joining GQR, Simon held leadership roles across the staffing industry spearheading initiatives that demonstrably increased profitability, enhanced client retention rates, and expanded market reach.
