Tell us about yourself.
I’m an outgoing, enthusiastic person who loves her family, friends, being outside, reading, eating dessert, travel, and getting to know people. I have a husband (Ethan), a daughter (Adrienne – toddler age), and a baby boy on the way (unnamed, coming summer 2023!!), and a sweet labradoodle (Dipa – age 5) who thinks she is a human and loves to go on walks and chase bunnies. I’m originally from California but moved to the Midwest in 2014 and I love it, despite the cold winters.
What do you love about your position?
I love that I get to make an impact every day. I love building people up and I make it my goal to make sure everyone I work with knows how seen they are.
What drives you at work?
I love seeing people achieve their personal and professional goals and knowing that maybe I was part of that.

This company truly is the staffing company with heart. Every person I work with internally genuinely wants what’s best for other people, which makes for an incredibly human team. I feel that everyone here has travelers’ and clients’ best interests at heart.
I pride myself on being very real and human with the candidates and travelers I get the opportunity to work with. I make a concerted effort to truly know what people are looking for in their next adventure so I can be the best possible recruiter for them. I also will always empower my candidates to choose what’s best for them and give them the autonomy to make their own decisions about what’s next!
If you could travel anywhere, where would it be?
Do I have to pick one destination?? I would travel anywhere! In the next 5 years, hoping to go to Peru, Scandinavia, and Banff.
