Temporary/Limited Permit:

The board may issue a temporary letter to practice to graduates who have met all requirements, but are awaiting the NBCOT exam.  They must practice under direct oversight from a licensed OT.  A temporary letter to practice may also be issued to an OT or OTA who is licensed in another state so that they can practice under supervision of another OT while awaiting full OK licensure.‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍

Initial Licensing Fees:

OT Fee: $120
OTA Fee: $120

Timeline:

Can practice for 90 days while license is pending

Renewal:

Licenses must be renewed annually prior to November 1. The renewal fee is $100 for OTs and OTAs.
