New Mexico OT License
Temporary/Limited Permit:
A provisional permit is available for applicants who have completed the education and experience requirements and who have applied for the NBCOT exam. The applicant must be employed and the employer must sign a supervisory form.
Initial Licensing Fees:
If application received between Sept 1 and May 31, $110 for OTs and $100 for OTAs. If application received between June 1 and August 31, $60 for OTs and $50 for OTAs.
Timeline:
Once your application file is complete, a license number will be issued within 2–5 business days.
Renewal:
Licenses must be renewed every year. Renewal fees are $85 for OTs and $60 for OTAs.
