New Hampshire OT License
Temporary/Limited Permit:
Out-of-state applicants with an active license in good standing from another state can be issued a temporary permit while their NH application is being reviewed. There is a $100 associated fee for OTs and OTAs.
Initial Licensing Fees:
OT Fee: $60
OTA Fee: $60
Timeline:
Board review – 4th Monday of each month
Renewal:
Licenses must be renewed every two years. The renewal fee is $110 for OTs and OTAs.
Notes: Must obtain criminal history reports from any state lived/worked in (done through the state police); request application from board
