Temporary/Limited Permit:

Limited permits are only issued to recent graduates with a degree in occupational therapy from an occupational therapy educational program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education(ACOTE). There is a $10 associated fee for OTs and OTAs.‍‍‍‍‍

Initial Licensing Fees:

OT Fee: $30
OTA Fee: $10

Timeline:

3-4 weeks

Renewal:

Licenses must be renewed every two years. The renewal fee is $5 for OTs and OTAs.
