Maryland OT License

Fall Foliage Reflected in the Lake at Cheaha State Park, Alabama

Temporary/Limited Permit:

A temporary license may be issued only to an applicant pending the results of the next regularly scheduled national certification examination. The candidate must meet all other requirements for licensure and must provide specified documentation relative to exam eligibility. The $200 application fee applies.‍‍‍

Timeline:

Applications are reviewed on the 3rd Friday of every month and may take up to 4 weeks for Board review.

Renewal:

If your license is issued in an even numbered year, your license will expire on 6/30 of the next even numbered year. If your license is issued in an odd numbered year, your license will expire on 6/30 of the next odd numbered year. The renewal fee is $280 for OTs and $200 for OTAs.

Notes: Must have notary seal over a portion of passport photo on application.
