Temporary/Limited Permit:

A temporary permit may be granted to a person who has completed the education and experience requirements and has applied for licensure.  The temporary permit shall allow the applicant for licensure to practice under the supervision of a licensed OT until a full license is obtained. ‍‍

Initial Licensing Fees:

OT Fee: $50
OTA Fee: $35

Timeline:

Based on monthly board meetings

Renewal:

Licenses need to be renewed every year; renewal fee for an active license should not exceed $50.
