To celebrate these amazing nurses within Uniti Med’s travel nursing community, we have partnered with The DAISY Foundation, and we’re pleased to announce Uniti Med’s inaugural DAISY Award honoree.
The DAISY Foundation Award is a renowned recognition that celebrates nurses for their exceptional contributions in healthcare. The foundation was established in memory of Patrick Barnes, whose family created the award to express their gratitude to the nurses who cared for him during his final days. The DAISY Award recognizes the remarkable work nurses do every day, often going unnoticed or underappreciated.
Announcing Our Inaugural Honoree
We’re thrilled to announce our inaugural DAISY Award honoree, Jessica Barker, RN. As a travel nurse, Jessica touches the lives of many patients, providing them with the highest level of care and compassion during their most vulnerable moments. We are proud to recognize her as our inaugural DAISY Award winner.
