Tell us about yourself.

I am a Therapy Recruiter in Omaha, NE. I love living in the Midwest, but I never turn down travel opportunities! I’d say I am very adventurous, driven, and an energetic person who loves to help others. I coach volleyball and help with the powerlifting program at a high school in my free time. I love to workout, go to concerts, play sand volleyball, and hangout with my amazing family and friends! I don’t have a family of my own yet, but I have a dog named Quinn who gets all the attention!

What do you love about your position?

I love that I get to find travel assignments for therapists and live vicariously through them when they travel and build new relationships and skills along the way.

What drives you at work?

My passion for helping others is what drives me to get out of bed every day. I feel a sense of accomplishment when I help others, and it’s a very rewarding experience. Also, as I grew up, many people helped to ensure I was safe and successful, so it’s important to me that I do the same for others.

What differentiates you from other recruiters?

I graduated with a Kinesiology degree which gives me a little more of a background in the Therapy division I recruit in. I love to hear from my travelers and gain more knowledge through them when they are on their contracts and all the experiences they encounter!

Hawaii.
